Starting a New Month

Mar 1, 2017Family, Random0 comments

As we have now put two whole months behind us already this year it is a new opportunity to look back and reflect on what has been thus far and then fix and go forward. March means there is more great skiing ahead of us, but also that spring is right around the corner. This brings reflection on what adventures are to be had in the coming months. This month is going to be a good one. As a family we will take a short stint to California. I will be up in the Sawtooths for a four day yurt trip. Coupled in there will be several ski days and some short local hikes.

I am having a great time planning out some content and activities for Trails Utah. It is great to be a part of a nonprofit. It is a great honor to be involved with the advocacy, improvement, and creation of trails throughout the state of Utah. I will be working a lot this month on ways and ideas to help grow membership and support for Trails Utah.

I am officially enrolled for school starting this summer. That is going to be a big change. It is going to hamper some of the summer plans that I had, but hopefully not too much. It will be well worth the sacrifice though.

Life moves on and things continue to look brighter for the Howlett family.
